ABOUT ME I am Laura Griggs, a Sports Massage Therapist based in Rawdon. I have a breadth of experience in treating sporting injuries and ailments, as well as providing programmes of care to a number of sports players to maximise performance and tend and manage preexisting niggles. I have an established client base developed over a number of years, working closely with sporting teams in Leeds and the surrounding area, but I also work in a preventative capacity with other clients treating anything from a stiff back, from hours hunched over a desk at work, to working to improve posture and comfort after a debilitating, serious injury. A lot of my clients perform at high levels of sport or in the fitness industry, and I work in conjunction with a number of other professionals: Sports Coaches, Personal Trainers, Physiotherapists, Posing and Aesthetics coaches, to tailor the best possible care for each and every client. Additionally, I can work with groups, including sports teams, professionals during office hours and manufacturing business during the working day to relieve tension and to improve posture and any movement dysfunction. My programmes of care are flexible and tailored to individual needs, I treat some clients occasionally, whereas others see me on a more regular bases. I am concise and my advice is practical and straight forward – please refer to my testimonials – I understand the difficulties of fitting treatment into a busy working life, full of obligations, so my approach is straightforward, hands on, and no nonsense.
